MP Motorsport is guiding three female talents in the F1 Academy. (DUTCH ARTICLE)

Ladies First. After the W Series concluded in 2022 following four seasons, Formula One Management (FOM) decided to take matters into its own hands and established the F1 Academy in 2023. This new championship aims to support young female talents in their racing careers, with a stronger affiliation to Formula 1 and a greater focus on technical aspects. Among the five active teams is MP Motorsport from Westmaas, with Emely de Heus representing the Netherlands as a participant.
